Registration & Identity Verification

To open an account at LuckyBets, you must provide your real name, mobile number, and date of birth. Registering with false or someone else's information is strictly prohibited. Any such account will be suspended without prior verification.

For security purposes, LuckyBets may request identity verification (KYC) at any time — typically before large withdrawals or when unusual activity is detected.

Account Security

Keep your password and login credentials confidential — this is entirely your responsibility. Allowing others to use your account or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

Deposits on LuckyBets can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200, and the maximum single withdrawal limit is determined by your tier.

• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account may be suspended.

LuckyBets reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus program. This will not apply to bonuses that are currently active.

The following general rules apply when placing bets on LuckyBets:

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be cancelled (except via in-play cashout).
• LuckyBets reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information is strictly prohibited.
• Minor delays in live betting are normal and do not indicate any account manipulation.
• In the case of disputed results, LuckyBets' decision shall be considered final.

If a match is abandoned

If a match is cancelled or suspended mid-way, LuckyBets will refund the bet amount or settle the result in accordance with international rules. Detailed rules for each sport can be found on the respective betting page.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on LuckyBets. Violations will result in account termination and balance forfeiture.

• Multiple Accounts: Two or more accounts registered under the same person's name.
• Bonus Abuse: Placing bets in a coordinated manner to exploit bonuses.
• Money Laundering: Attempting to launder illegal funds through LuckyBets.
• Fraud: Attempting to manipulate games through software or other means.
• Identity Theft: Operating an account under someone else's name or a false identity.
• Minor Registration: Opening an account for anyone under 18.

LuckyBets believes betting is a form of entertainment. However, if you feel that betting is having a negative impact on your life, LuckyBets offers the following support tools:

• Self-Exclusion: Locking yourself out for a set period of time.

LuckyBets reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account under the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is violated.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• For accounts inactive for at least 12 months (prior notification will be sent).
• As directed by a legal or regulatory authority.

Members may also request to close their account at any time. Any valid balance remaining in the account at the time of the request will be refunded.

LuckyBets will notify members at least 7 days in advance of any changes to these Terms & Conditions. Continued use of the site following such changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
